Area Sales Manager - Central Europe
Remote position | Starting date: April 1st, 2025
Flux is looking for an experienced and proactive Area Sales Manager to drive business development and sales of our customized inductor and transformer solutions in Central Europe.
Flux develops next-level magnetic components for the markets of Space, Renewable Energy, Industrial, and Automotive. We are looking to expand our business activities within the latter three market segments, which is why we are looking for an Area Sales Manager to boost sales within these markets.
This position offers the opportunity to engage with industry peers and work with some of the most innovative electromagnetic components in the Industrial, Renewable Energy, and Automotive/eMobility/Transportation markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop business through the design-in of Flux's custom solutions for assigned customers and markets.
- Sell electromagnetic components to the industrial, renewable, and automotive/eMobility/transportation sectors.
- Establish and maintain regular contact with design engineers and purchasers within our target customer segments.
- Promote Flux's custom solutions and build lasting relationships within the target markets.
- Define and pursue a list of target customers and prospects to contact.
- Focus on key markets in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
Skills & Experience
- Education in electronics or substantial experience within electronics.
- Proven experience selling technical products, preferably customized solutions in electronics.
- Fluent in both German and English.
- Proactive, results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Strong team player, able to cooperate effectively with colleagues across the organization.
- Enjoys customer visits and relationship-building.
- Experience working with either of our primary markets is an advantage.
